Celebration of 1 year New Management of the Ellie
Elephant and Castle, 4:00pm - 8:00pm
All of us at the Elephant and Castle would like to give a BIG thank you to everyone who has supported us during our first year and helped our 150 year old village pub continue to thrive. We would like to invite you, and family and friends, to join us on August bank holiday weekend to celebrate the year. We have organised a Hog Roast free of charge, so come down enjoy the roast and toast the pub surviving well in the the 22nd century and beyond!

Wheelies Fest is an amazing day of live music, BBQ & it's free entry, all you need is a ticket. For more info please ask a member of the team when your next in. Tickets are limited so why not email us and reserve some. It's done on a first come first serve basis. Last year we had in excess of 300 guests so don't leave it too long.

Hurst Scout Headquarters, 7:00pm - 10:00pm
Free Entry. There will be a variety of stalls to browse selling jewellery, clothes, skin care and gifts as well as Beauty Consultants offering treatments. A local teenager from Hurst is raising funds to make a month long to Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan to volunteer in local orphanages. All proceeds from this evening will go towards this expedition.
