In Hurst we are very lucky to have an amazing network of over 60 volunteers available to offer help should you need it for shopping, collecting medications or just someone to have a chat with during these difficult times.

If you would like to speak to us, or want to ask for help for yourself or a neighbour, please view the list of helpers and we'll see how we can help.

You can easily find volunteers in your area - just select your road or click on a map.

Some volunteers have offered to have a chat on the phone, some have offered to collect any medication and some to shop. If the volunteer cannot help directly, they can contact another volunteer for you.

Events in January 2021

As we enter the latest lockdown there isn't a lot to report. The churches are still streaming their services online and many of the village pubs are offering a take-away food service. There are also some online activities and exercise classes available. It's advisable to contact them directly as the situation has yet to settle down.

If you have anything that should be published here, then please let us know and we'll get another edition iof our What's On email sent out soon with all the latest information.

Did we miss anything? If you have an event in the Village that you would like included in a future mailing then please contact us.

Did you find this mailing useful? If so then please tell your friends and neighbours about it and ask them to sign up too. If you have any comments about the mailing then please let us know.

As details of all events can change at short notice, it is advisable to check with the organisers that the event is going ahead before attending. If you notice any errors or omissions, then please let us know.
